Monolithic Module Lifetimes

I am building a fiber amplifier using a pump module containing several individually packaged laser diodes. All diodes are controlled simultaneously and operate in parallel through electronics within the module. Can I infer anything from any lifetime numbers of an individual diode to tell me what type of lifetime I can expect from the module? Thanks!
